Depth and Space
The first four pictures all have both leading lines and foreground, middle ground, and background. The last one is a photograph of framing. I used the shoreline to lead your eye from the front left to the back right corner. The second photo shows the edges of the bench leads your eye to the sun in the background. Also in the second picture, the foreground is the cracks in bench, the middle ground is the bottom of the fence and the background is the sun, trees, and skies. The third picture is of a Providence Bruins game. The foreground is the shadow of the fans, the middle ground is the hockey rink and players, and the background is the far side of fans and the bottom of the hanging screen. The fourth picture is of the school's roof. I liked the different shapes, negative, space, foreground, etc. The last photo shows framing. The trees frame the sun coming through. The frames of the door surround the reflection of the steps in the courtyard. Also, the opening to the drive way is framed by an arcing tree branch and bush to the left. My photos have a large depth of space, meaning everything is in focus.
